The high degree of trust between Jason and his team members was a result of his integrity and strong principles. This was especially clear in the way team members looked on him for guidance. My favorite memory of working with Jason was observing how he would constructively and positively direct you while encouraging you to consider problems from all angles in order to find the best solutions. This is something I have carried with me throughout my career. I would be lucky to have the opportunity to work with him again.”
