What are some mindful self-care practices for career success?
It all starts with what you do day in and day out. The routines you practice and the attitude with which you show up to those routines. For me this looks like: - Prescribed days to work out and to fully show up, enthusiastic and ready to give it my all. -Drinking my matcha latte while playing with my son, this puts me in a great mood and prepares me for the day. - My biggest practice is my 10 minutes of Calm in the Calm app. Either at the beginning or end of the day - lately it's the end of the day and it's a great way to bring the day to a close. Create a routine that works for you and stick to it! Certainty and consistency; that's self-care for me.
