Last week in #NYC - TALK talent hosted a networking and learning event with talent leaders who shared their pragmatic tactics to create an engaging and committed relationship between employers, candidates, and employees. Thanks to key insights from: Juliette Dupré (Chief People Officer) Jamie Krulewitz (Global Head of Talent Programs) Christopher Strazzella (Managing Director of Tech. Recruiting) Some of the key takeaways: 1. Personalization and human touch in the age of AI will be paramount in building sustainable relationships with employees and candidates.
