Fight Back Connecticut, is Connecticut's Senator Chris Murphy's organization of people, an it is an effort that was started in 2017, which is focused on helping the People of Connecticut, and a statewide Volunteer Teams to focus on the largest challenges facing the state today; Drug Addiction, Poverty, and Pandemic Covid-19.

The V Foundation for Cancer Research, founded by ESPN ,and the legendary basketball coach, Jim Valvano. Many know Jimmy V by his speech in 1993, to "Never Give Up, Don't Ever Give Up!" but many others know Jim as Coach V. Jim coached basketball for over 30 years at Iona, Rutgers, and NC State and winning a National Championship in 1983 at NC State. Jim passed away from Cancer in 1993, and the foundation is the premier supporters of Cancer Research with over $1billion provided.
