Upon her arrival she took the time to speak with everyone in the department (even the new intern) because she cared about the value that all perspectives held. Throughout my three years working at R/GA, she was a true champion for media within the company and the industry. The growth experienced when she started leading the department was significant and impactful. She has truly built a lasting legacy for media at R/GA and continues to do so. She is a strong leader, but more importantly, never hesitates to get back into the depths media planning work when her support is needed. She knows the craft and continues to perfect it day in and day out. She taught me so much, and I admire her knowledge, grit, compassion, and steadfast leadership. ”
