Taco Bell took over a Hotel in Palm Springs, CA to create the ultimate fan experience. My team's job was to handle the online booking to ensure fans could book their rooms at the appropriate time, without having the site crash. We executed our plan successfully and we sold out in 2 minutes!

Taco Bell partnered with T-Mobile to offer T-Mobile Tuesday users free tacos at any time. This required a web-to-app, then eventually an app-to-app integration. Our partnership was announced during the Superbowl so part of the project was ensuring our site would handle the huge surge in concurrent visitors during the Superbowl as well as every Tuesday after.

Led eCommerce business team through platform selection RFP, SI selection RFP and eCommerce replatform project (Website/App iOS/App Android). Replatform consisted of full redesign of mobile app, UI/UX updates to website, many feature enhancements, platform migration onto SAP Hybris and multiple system integrations (including but not limited to POS, payment gateway and fraud prevention).

Provided eCommerce strategy and technical oversight for the rebuild of Taco Bell's Taco Shop. A Taco Bell branded retail eCommerce website that sells Taco Bell apparel, accessories and gift cards.

When I first joined Taco Bell I realized they were ranking really well for branded search terms on www.tacobell.com, but our restaurants were not ranking and we were not showing up for non-branded search terms. We partnered with YEXT to optimize all of our restaurant listings and we build landing pages for every restaurant. This was a game changer for us to compete in non-branded terms at the local level for search. We've seen huge success and continue to partner with YEXT today.

Oversaw design, development and setup of Shopify website to support online bookings for Taco Bell Weddings at our Las Vegas Cantina location. Special thanks to team Deutsch Los Angeles for the design and development support.

I was involved in designing the system requirements as well as testing and validating all eCommerce related functionality. Total Gym was the fun website to Project Manage because it required a lot of unique requirements while the main objective was to design a website to improve their user experience and ultimately their sales conversion.

Nekter Juice Bar was a fun project where I got to work with my client to not only set up an eCommerce business, we also build a mobile WAP which allows mobile users to order with just two clicks then pick up their drink within 15 minutes.
