Exactly right Steve Britton. The ediscovery process is not just for litigators! The need for repeatable, defensible processes in collection, processing and review (CPR, if you will) applies strongly to compliance needs, internal investigations, DSARs, cyber and breach inquiries, privacy and freedom of information requests, regulatory inquiries, the list goes on . . . In the end, ediscovery is an unavoidable component of the legal process -- no matter where you are in the world.

TRUST BUT VERIFY [especially agentic workflows]. What an #ILTACON! The biggest takeaway is how LLM-backed tools can *help* human processes, not replace them. Even agentic workflows (especially agentic workflows) need human validation. Machines + Humans = Better than each separately.
