Website Relaunch - Netviewer.com

We had to account for multiple products, multiple languages and multiple GEO locations and built a modular system that was both powerful and flexible. We had to account for multiple products, multiple languages and multiple GEO locations and built a modular system that was both powerful and flexible. It leveraged standard and custom modules that allowed non-technical editors to make major changes to the website on the fly without the need for web dev support.
As a result dev time spent on maintenance was cut almost in half, allowing for rapid innovation through A/B testing. As a result of the relaunch and quick iterative tests we were able to grow leads 42,2% software trials by 52% year over year.
Netviewer has since been acquired by Citrix and the website has meanwhile changed to reflect that situation.Other creatorsSee project

Employee Award: Fearless Series
LogMeIn
Awarded with the Fearless Series - LogMeIn's employee award - in May 2018.
"I work at the interface of market, customer & product to help GoToWebinar be the best it can be. Then I beat the drum for it. I heart webinars."
Interview:
Which of LogMeIn’s values resonates with you the most?
Engage fearlessly. To me, that’s what it’s all about. It’s ok to break #$%! every now and then. Don’t play it safe. Try stuff. See what sticks. Speak up. Encourage others to speak up…Awarded with the Fearless Series - LogMeIn's employee award - in May 2018.
Speak up. Encourage others to speak up. Create the environment that allows anyone in the business to be fearless. Encourage open communication. Own your mistakes.
What are your favorite ways to engage fearlessly and collaborate openly?
Trust is what enables me to work effectively. I am energized by being trusted with the responsibility to own a piece of the business. Working with a spirited team to build something together is my favorite part of working at LogMeIn. Taking GoToStage from idea to beta launch has been one of the most fun things I’ve done in my career so far.
We’re all human – What’s a mistake you’ve learned from?
Sending emails to large distribution lists in a hurry at 9pm ;-)
What might surprise us about you?
I actually own blazers that are not GoToWebinar blue. Also, I’m a terrible nerd and one of the 19% male users of Pinterest - a tool I use to pin photos of LEGO spaceships. Umm. Yeah. I had a feeling you would find that super-cool…

As a former direct report to Daniel I can testify that he indeed creates an atmosphere where speaking up, testing stuff and breaking things is allowed and welcome!
