Bright's Creek Integrated Marketing Campaign
Pristine land in the mountains of North Carolina. A Tom Fazio-designed golf course that he said was “as good as it gets.” Hundreds of homesites with spectacular mountain vistas to sell.
So we developed an integrated campaign that included an award-winning website (www.brightscreek.com) and direct mail, a video series to promote the club and the surrounding area, newsletters, ads and various other elements that helped sell out Phase 1 in less than two years.
