As the Head of Enterprise Data Strategy & Analytics at the Chief Data Office, I created and built an enterprise-wide Analytics Community of Practice. It grew and thrived, reaching to 4,000 active participants across the company as of early 2021.

I led Wells Fargo’s Ultra High Net Worth Sales and Relationship team for No Cal, OR/WA, and TX, growing revenue grew by 150% in two years, with improved profit margins and quality of client experience and delivery. Our net new investment fees grew by over $3mm in two years, and the region’s deposit and credit balances tripled.

Early in my career, I learned the technical aspects of healthcare benefits — to the point where a specialist in the field was surprised that I wasn't a 5–10-year veteran of the industry. I gained credibility for knowledge that was key to the success of our project.
This early career experience taught me the value of "laying the groundwork" or "doing the homework" to be credible in a given field.
