Fascinating perspective to improve messaging to HCP's in a personalized manner that will better resonate with them. Linking consumer and demographic data to NPI data in a way that demonstrates the brand not only cares about the patient but the provider as well. "Recognizing HCPs not merely as conduits of care but as individuals with their own unique characteristics, interests, and life stories marks the beginning of a powerful transformation." The ability to smartly link data sets and facilitate data integration, whether through tokenization or other mechanisms, combined with adaptive AI content development and insights is an exciting opportunity for us to expand our communication channels and to speak to HCP's about topics that matter to them most.
