CHROs are uniquely positioned to represent employees and employers, but many CEOs don't understand their role. These leaders are more than just administrators of workplace policies; they have become strategic partners to CEOs and other high-level leaders, often taking on the responsibility of culture, inclusion, and even AI initiatives. I know we'll start to see monumental organizational changes when CEOs begin to recognize that HR chiefs serve two sets of internal stakeholders. I’ve personally experienced it with some amazing CEOs. According to the Mayo Clinic, menopausal women in the U.S. collectively lose around $1.8 billion in productivity each year— and that’s just one of the challenges! I wholeheartedly support Sylvia Kang, CEO of Mira, in her call to action for companies to better support their female employees. AI is set to reshape HR beyond recruitment, hiring, and talent management. I agree with Entrepreneur's Alex Goryachev that "HR is the beating heart of any organization, and as such, it needs to take center stage in both adopting and leading ethical and innovative AI transformation across the organization." We'll likely see massive shifts in the coming months, including a new wave of reskilling, restructuring, digital humans, and AI regulation. I’m trying to stay ahead of the curve on this one, but I can admit it’s challenging to me. #AI #HR #FutureOfHR
