How can a Retail Marketing Manager build a team that adapts to change?
The ability of a team to adapt to change is largely affected by the leader's ability to lead change. Bringing teams to embrace a quest into the unknown is easier if they have a clear A to B. A) An understanding of the problem to be solved and B) A picture of what the outcome will look like when you get there. And secondly, when teams are invited in to co-create the path, there's more ownership and commitment People don't kill what they co-create.
