Also be reminded that national non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and national networks/ consortiums are NOT eligible to receive RCF funding. The following entities are NOT eligible for funding under this RFP: • Non-governmental organizations that are not global or regional networks. •National networks (networks, working and having members in one country). •Collaborations between national networks or organizations (for example national network “A” from country “A” collaborating with national network “B” from country “B”). •Governmental or inter-governmental organizations, agencies or units. •Aggregates of projects, individuals or professional associations.
