Edit or delete Matched Audiences

You can edit and delete your Matched Audiences from your Audience page in Campaign Manager.

To edit or delete Matched Audiences:

  1. Sign in to Campaign Manager.

  2. If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.  

  3. Click Plan on the left menu and select Audiences.

  4. Click the More menu to the right of the audience list name.

  5. From here, you can edit or delete your Matched Audience:

    • To edit, click Edit from the dropdown menu. Make changes to your audience list and re-upload if necessary. Then click Agree and Update.
    • To delete, click Delete from the dropdown menu, then click Delete to confirm.

Here's a tip

If you’d like to bulk delete, select the checkbox next to each audience list and click Delete at the top of the page.

Important to know

Your audiences can take up to 24 hours to delete. During this time, inactive campaigns targeting these audiences may not properly load. The campaign will be refreshed in 24 hours. You can also remove the Matched Audience segment from the campaign before deleting to prevent issues loading the campaign.
