On Friday, the team closed their largest loan to date, involving a great deal of complexity, rigorous underwriting and sophisticated credit structuring. I continue to be impressed by the strength of the team and also the demand for art lending. Athena has extended more than $800 million in art-backed loans and continues to be a leading non-bank art lender worldwide. We couldn’t be more proud of this all female team and the business they continue to build. We’re all cheering on two Yieldstreet team members, Dan Costanza and Justin DeLuca, who are embarking on a 500-mile journey over 5 days, starting from Yieldstreet HQ in NYC and finishing at the tip of Cape Cod in Provincetown. They're participating in the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) to support cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. To date, the PMC has raised $1 billion for Dana-Farber, with 100% of rider donations going directly to the institute. Go Dan and Justin!
