Do you go to campus events without a way to efficiently collect candidate data? If so, we have good news – there's a better way. You don't have to be swarmed in a sea of resumes every time you step foot on campus. Here's an example of how we partnered with a global energy, chemicals, and resources provider to save their recruiters' time collecting candidate data at events. Prior to using Yello, their recruiters would collect paper resumes and set them aside for future use, resulting in resumes being forgotten and never being reviewed by staff. Their recruiters would then spend hours after each event working on candidate data entry into a spreadsheet. Through Yello's Event Management tool, they now collect 72% of candidate resumes digitally, drastically reducing the amount of time invested in data entry and reducing input errors. Their recruiters can quickly locate and review candidate information, enabling them to more efficiently move talent through the hiring process. This company also uses Yello to measure event ROI and justify future event investment to company leadership. This helps them make confident, data-driven decisions on what events are most beneficial to attend for their specific goals. Some recruiters still collect hundreds of paper resumes. The rest use Yello.

Facing significant obstacles in recruiting the talent needed to meet the nation’s ongoing challenges, federal agencies are turning to technology to help them take a proactive approach and streamline their recruitment efforts. Yello’s Director of Federal Programs recently spoke with human capital leaders from two government agencies about the potential that technology like Yello holds for the future of federal workforce recruitment. Watch the discussion to see how they are using technology to reach a wider pool of talent, make data-driven decisions, and accelerate hiring timelines to better compete with private sector employers.
