And we’re live! We helped transform the WDIV Local 4 News/ClickOnDetroit studio from top to bottom—creating a broadcast environment that is modern, dynamic, and immersive. The studio features new sets for news, sports, and weather with custom-built video walls, graphics, and lighting. A pop-out logo and sleek anchor desk contribute to the bright and energetic space.  Huge shoutout to Ian Rhodes and the entire Local 4 team for trusting us with this incredible project. And of course, a big thank you to our partners at ReveLux for all their brilliant work! Want to see more? Check out the full project on our website: https://lnkd.in/gtk2PgMq

When visionary design meets high-quality fabrication, the result is extraordinary—which was exactly the case when Downstream partnered with our team at Xibitz to produce CoreLogic’s Discovery Center. This cutting-edge R&D facility is where real estate insights are born. CoreLogic needed an inspiring environment to support the groundbreaking work being done, and Downstream delivered with a modern design that leverages the best technology for visualization and collaboration. The curved wood slats are spaced with acoustic panels to nullify sound. The touchscreen tables are cleverly designed to house the power and ventilation systems, while the seamless finish disguises removable panels to allow for easy maintenance. And of course, the 6-sided LED array, known as the Infinity Core, is a real show-stopper. This project was so much fun, and we look forward to the opportunity to create more innovative corporate environments like this one.

What do you get when you take some visionary designing, add a dash of blue paint, and serve it up with a side of 2,000 tennis balls?   The winning combination for a beautiful indoor tennis center!    We assisted experiential designer ZEBRADOG and the Duke Athletics team in upgrading the Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center, providing staff and athletes with a space that better suits their needs while also celebrating the esteemed program and university.      We were responsible for fabricating and installing every element, from the Instagram-worthy blue tennis ball display to the curved aluminum light fixtures suspended from the locker room ceilings.    We are so grateful to our partners at ZEBRADOG—huge shout out to Caroline Altfeather, Mark Schmitz, and their team for all your hard work. It wouldn’t have been possible without you! And of course, a huge thank you to the Duke Athletics team!   Read more about the project on our website: https://lnkd.in/gpeAA2a4

What do you do when it ⛈️🎊? You have to 🤔🏞️📦! When rain threatened our summer party plans for golfing and pool lounging, we turned it into an evening of games and prizes instead! We’re so grateful to everyone for showing up and being part of the Xibitz family. It’s the people that make each and every day of our “excruciating fun” worthwhile!

Congratulations to Populous for winning two Australian Institute of Architecture awards for their incredible design of the Sydney Swans headquarters! The Swans wanted to preserve the architectural features of the Royal Hall of Industries as they relocated their men’s, women’s, and academy teams into the building. It is no small feat to balance the history of a 100+ year old cultural landmark with the modern-day innovations and needs of an athletic club.   Of course, Populous rose to the challenge—and knocked it right out of the water.   Xibitz, Inc had the honor of traveling to Sydney and seeing the renovations in action as we installed our Nostaboard. The 2,145 piece split-flap display features the club’s historic moments, and today’s players that are hungry to make their own history. If you're curious, you can read more about our Nostaboard at https://lnkd.in/gE9XEJ8R.   As always, it is a huge pleasure to partner with Populous. We are so excited for their team’s well-deserved recognition on this project! 👏

We are very proud that Populous recently received two prestigious Australian Institute of Architecture (AIA) NSW awards for our work on the Sydney Swans Training Centre — one for Commercial Architecture and another as a Commendation in Heritage Architecture. Being part of The Swans HQ project was a true honor and a great experience for our whole team. The project reinforces Populous’ innovation approach to performance training facilities, and our commitment to combining elite training insights from different sports around the world with individual team requirements and client vision. The attendees on the night to receive the awards were Joshua Robson, Elisa Ervin, and Henry Coates who led the project.

Crafting a high-end display for CNO Financial Group: This monolithic brand wall spans the length of CNO’s Chicago lobby. Xibitz developed the unique powder-coated wood panels in collaboration with a local vendor to achieve the picture-perfect finish. The result perfectly complements the building’s interior. Many thanks to the designers at SCB for bringing us in to make this vision a reality! A fresh look for Howard University's practice facility 💙 With ZEBRADOG leading the charge on this bold redesign, we were thrilled to tackle the fabrication and installation of the new visual elements for The Burr. The star of the show is a 24-foot Bison head with glowing eyes that blows real steam from its nostrils. Branded graphics throughout the court speak to Howard’s legacy and commitment, creating an inspiring and unforgettable experience for current and prospective students alike. We hope the upgraded facility does this historic program justice, and inspires the next generation of HU athletes! Baylor University Welcome Center greets students with a next-level interactive experience:   The Welcome Center features four awe-inspiring, 96-foot tall columns - Reflect, Connect, Aspire, and Amplify - each designed to engage visitors through cutting-edge video, audio, lighting, and interactive elements.   Every detail has been carefully crafted to embody Baylor’s core values. Together, each pillar inspires visitors to consider their own place in Baylor’s story, and where their journey will take them next.   This project took a tremendous amount of collaboration. Special thanks to Chris Johnson (Electrosonic), Tod Gooch (DetaiLED™), Kelly Holton (Populous), Conor McGill (AV Stumpfl/Pixera), Greg Sprick and Sara Smith (RLMG), Smart Monkeys Inc., and Baylor University.
