  • What a great post from one of our co-founders and the visionary behind WorkCastle about the 80/20 rule. We just want to add that the 80/20 rule is also very effective with kids. You don’t need to spend all your time with your child. It's much more important to spend only 20% of your time with your kid, but be fully engaged in his or her activities without getting distracted by social media, business calls, household issues, and so on. Try applying the Pareto Principle in your day-to-day activities and remember that WorkCastle is here to help you find flexible solutions for balancing childcare and work.

Achieve More with Less Effort. I find the 80/20 rule to be an incredibly helpful tool in my day-to-day business activities. It not only pushes me to take action, but also to strategically analyze what I have already done and what I should do next. This leads to prioritizing activities from high to low importance. It also helps me to focus solely on high-priority activities and eliminate the rest. In a nutshell, the 80/20 rule, also known as the Pareto Principle, states that 20% of inputs lead to 80% of outputs. Applying it in business can help identify valuable customers and streamline operations. Maximize productivity by focusing on impactful tasks and eliminating time-wasting activities. Embrace the 80/20 rule for personal growth, nurturing meaningful relationships, and pursuing passions. Experience the transformative effects of doing the right things, not just more things.

  • At WorkCastle, our co-working community consists of individuals with diverse business experiences, projects, backgrounds, and investment approaches. However, what we all have in common is a thirst for knowledge. The best way to acquire that knowledge is by being part of a like-minded community and networking with peers and colleagues. One of the most important rules in investments is "buy low, sell high," which every successful portfolio manager knows. Essentially, this means that what is priced high may not always be beneficial for your portfolio. Let me quickly demonstrate what a bad and excessively expensive investment looks like. Join us at WorkCastle and embark on a journey towards financial freedom.
