#SuccessAmplified 2024 was 🔥! ✨ We're still buzzing from the energy of 195 incredible women who joined us yesterday in NYC for our first-ever summit. 🙌 From an insightful keynote & workshops led by Gainsight, Deloitte Digital, and Anthropic, to delicious food (thanks Reef.ai and AdRoll, a division of NextRoll), global connections, and amazing swag (thanks to our generous sponsors Planhat, Scarpetta Wine, Something & Nothing | B Corp™, Cuyana Berry (YC W23), CS Angel, and M.M LaFleur !), it was a day to remember. 🌎 🎁 Huge thanks to our speakers, volunteers, and attendees for making it all possible! 🙏 We are forever grateful, listed in no particular order in our comments (we exceeded the mention limit in the post! it really does take a village 🏡) Here's the first drop of our professional photos that came through. We cannot wait to share deeper recaps, the full photo album and video snippets of the event. For now though, it's time for a short rest and recoup 😉 🧖♀️ We're already planning Success Amplified 2025! Warmly, Laura & Lauren

🇦🇺 What? So what? Now what? 🇦🇺 Last week, Women of Customer Success and Dynatrace hosted a fabulous and talented group of women in customer success roles across Sydney Australia at the Dynatrace Sydney office to share insights and discuss approaches and best practices to building trusted, long lasting relationships with enterprise executives. Some key panel insights from the night included: 🌟 Be comfortable with being uncomfortable. E.g Rather than going into a meeting with a prepared talk track, go in with a "listening mindset" in order to genuinely uncover and understand your customers needs - and respond from there! 👏 Don't 👏 Apologise. As women, so often we say "I'm sorry" when someone raises an issue or expresses dissatisfaction. In customer success, we are usually the people hearing about the problem first hand, but quite often these things aren't actually our fault. Saying sorry assumes responsibility for the the problem. Try "thank you for your patience" or "thank you for bringing this to my attention" instead! 😇 Success plans. The holy grail. Your customers aren't buying a product. They're investing in an outcome/solution. Hold discovery sessions with your executives to find out what they care about and what problems they're trying to solve. Build your success plans and metrics around how your product will help solve THEIR problems and achieve THEIR goals. A BIG thank you to our incredible panelists and moderator Maria Kiottos, Stevie Hooper, Eurica I., Mui Yen Thoo, and Briony Ashby for driving and engaging evening of conversation and networking. So, now what? Our Sydney chapter has a calendar of events coming up for this year and next (including some festive celebrations 🎄) so stay tuned!
