Celebrating our first BEE Award winner! This honor is given to hospital support staff who deliver excellent patient care – and Trish Miller exemplifies that! Trish went above and beyond to support a patient who is transgender and has a deep fear and distrust of hospitals. She answered every question, ensured their name and pronouns were respected, and stayed by their side throughout care. Her compassion, advocacy, and dedication made all the difference, showing just how much she cares for her patients!
