🏅 Historic Achievement at the Dragon Boat Festival! 🏅 We are incredibly proud to announce that the Wisconsin Chinese Chamber of Commerce (WCCC), in partnership with the Milwaukee Chinese Community Center (MCCC) to support the Dragon Boat Festival event, has made history! Our WCCC Golden Dragons racing team brought home a silver medal in the highly competitive Jade Division, Jade Champion Final, for the first time ever! Starting as early as 6 AM, our dedicated team of 21 members—including at least eight amazing women—came together with a shared goal and unstoppable energy. In Qualification Race 3, our team secured third place with a strong time of 1:27:09, fueling our determination to go further. In the semi-finals of the Jade 1 division, our unity and hard work shone through, as we clinched second place with a remarkable time of 1:19:28, earning our spot in the Jade Championship Final. The final race was electrifying. Every stroke was in perfect harmony, and we crossed the finish line with a phenomenal time of 1:19:58, securing the silver medal! This victory is more than just a win—it’s a testament to what can be achieved when WCCC members, friends, and our community come together with a shared vision. The journey from the early morning setup to standing on the podium is a vivid illustration of teamwork, dedication, and the unbreakable spirit of our community. A big thank you to all the racers who made this possible! I remember walking in one day and they were busy helping other customers find the right company in the building. They were just so courteous and understanding, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. The staff is just so knowledgeable and they really work hard to do the best they can for their employees and clients. I have to say, it's just a wonderful place to work with. Ying's Kitchen Google 5.0/5.0 Kate Ying's sauces are amazing! They have wonderful flavors and make cooking Chinese cuisine so simple. Besides that, they are made of quality ingredients and my celiac daughter does not need to be concerned about gluten poisoning when I use them. There's no MSG or corn syrup either! Such good stuff! Summer love, love, LOVE their Yum yum sauce!! I've tried other brands and nothing compares! I first discovered Ying's in Wisconsin and because obsessed. Sadly I can't find it in stores in Arizona or North Carolina, so I have to order online. But still my go to brand! Rachel These sauces are so good - I'm actually a pescatarian and I folded and tried the Orange Chicken and am so pleased with my decision!! Also, Ying is a gem!
