Our client is a rapidly growing waste hauler in need of a Division Manager to lead operations at a prestigious site in Asheville, located in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. This role involves overseeing all accounting and operational procedures, driving revenue growth, and managing staff development. The Division Manager will collaborate with the Regional Vice President to establish budgets and objectives, while building relationships with employees, customers, and municipal staff. Key responsibilities include budgeting, financial planning, staff recruitment and training, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 5 years of management experience.
