And just like that, my first 45 minute motivational speech is in the books. A few people mentioned they fought back tears and one person re-evaluated a tough work predicament. After hearing my story, they chose to perservere and not give up. Talking about my life wasn’t easy but I am so grateful to have been given this opportunity to share my story and inspire others to keep going, to be fearless in the face of change, and to adcovate for themselves!

Tomorrow is the day I have been asked to share my story publicly in a 45 minute motivational speech. Its the first time I have been asked to speak about myself and I must say, speaking about business or the things we are doing as a company is much easier. Being vulnerable takes a lot more courage. I hope my story of perserverence and growth will inspire others to pursue their passions, to overcome their insecurities, to welcome change, and to not give up on their dreams. It is all possible, no matter our upbringing or circumstance, no matter the mistakes or missteps along our path. Life is a just series of decisions where change is the only constant. I just came back home from this beautiful place. We celebrated being back home for an entire week. BUT, wouldn’t you want to work with this in front of you and enjoy it daily? ⁉️ Landlords invest with that dream and quickly find out that tenants and property care need more attention than expected, which keeps the dream from becoming a reality. How is summer almost over? We just started school again and got back into serious life. Which got me thinking about how fast time goes by and how we need to use it wisely. It is important to use the tools at our disposal to free time for things that truly matter. ViziSmart is doing that for me, as a property manager. Exciting time.
