About us
Vista Care is a leading service and support organization that is proud to provide specialized, supportive services to a diverse population. We provide in-home supportive services, residential and day services to individuals with developmental, physical and intellectual disabilities, individuals with memory loss, challenges relating to mental health, and people requiring services to support challenging behaviors. Vista Care has demonstrated a continued commitment to quality and excellence through our focus on exemplary staff training and adherence to evidence-based, best practices. The staff includes professionals at all levels with extensive experience and knowledge in providing community living supports to the individuals we serve. Many of the administrative personnel have significant direct service experience as well as administrative and managerial backgrounds.

This includes hiring, training, scheduling, supervising and managing their own staff. Vista Care Direct is here to support individuals and their decisions about the care they need and to empower them to control their own life and services by providing the administrative support and payroll services. This means the individual has the ability to choose their employees and what kinds of services they would like to receive.
