While taking off with Viewst first sales, we've realized that selling the service is not the final stage of the sale cycle. Onboarding is! We built Viewst to deliver real value to creative teams in the first place. Revenue is just a measure of the scale. If you signed a new contract but nobody uses your solution it's the hardest failure for a team. It may mean that you have excellent sales reps, but your service sucks. We analyzed thousands of trial sessions to simplify the onboarding process. Many designers experimented with our default banner not to start from scratch. That inspired us to create the whole batch of default banners telling the story of how to use Viewst and what production challenges it addresses.
