Naresh is a senior-level management & strategy professional with rich experience with a unique blend of industry, academics, and start-up ecosystem spanning 30 years. He has been the CEO of IIITD Innovation & Incubation Center, a company promoted by IIIT-Delhi, leading its growth and economic impact from June 2020 to August 2024. Before that, he was CEO of SIIF at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), University of Delhi, helping upcoming entrepreneurs launch their start-ups. Before joining SIIF, Naresh was based in London, advising investors for start-up opportunities in fintech, education, food, and healthcare across Europe and Asia, and was also involved in fundraising. He also helped a highly innovative Indian data analytics company to penetrate European markets. His earlier roles have been with American Express, EY, Synovate (Ipsos), A F F (Deloitte), FIITJEE, Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., Rathi Alloys & Steel Ltd., and Steel Authority of India Ltd. His core competencies are to enable the growth of businesses, implement winning strategies, improvise business processes, develop disruptive/innovative solutions, counselling & coaching. His experience spans diverse sectors and geographies, including start-ups, fund-raising, market entry, diversification and expansion, due diligence, process improvement, risk mitigation, competitive intelligence, business plans, etc. Travelled across 23 countries and successfully delivered many large multi-country projects. He is passionate about creating new things, travelling, reading, food and cooking! Astrology interests him, and he has read many scriptures in this area. He is a full-time MBA from renowned IIM Ahmedabad, class of 1997.

Veritux is pleased to welcome Dr. A. Arwad Abdel-Daem. Dr. A. Arwad Abdeldaem, a Strategic Growth Architect, has a BSc. in Electrical Engineering and an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration. He has worked as a Project Engineer designing electrical and telecommunication systems for commercial facilities and as the vice president of information systems at Royal Jordanian Airlines. He then assumed the role of President/ SEMEA at SITA, where he managed operations in 82 countries. He has experience in the manufacturing, construction, air transport, IT and telecom, education, and sustainability industries. In 2002, he established Dimensions Consulting Ltd., a business consulting company in the UK that carried out major corporate restructuring projects. He has achieved several corporate awards and world records. He is currently President of the Chartered Institute of Leadership & Governance. Dr. Arwad is married and has one son.

Right before he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship by the U.S. Department of State, Saf founded his first start-up at age 24 with clients including Georgetown, Oxford, and Cambridge Universities.
