As we head into another exciting cheer competition season, we're thrilled to highlight one of the most meaningful initiatives in the cheer community—the CheerABILITIES program. This incredible program empowers athletes with disabilities, welcoming them into the vibrant world of all-star cheer and dance. CheerABILITIES features over 120 teams and 1,000 athletes competing in more than 150 Varsity Spirit events each year across three divisions. With specialized training for coaches and a focus on supporting athletes to excel independently — on and off the mat— this program embodies the true spirit of inclusion, unity and community.
