Our latest read, "Dare to Lead" by Brené Brown, sparked a great conversation on leadership, courage, and vulnerability. Brown’s insights on embracing authenticity, leading with empathy, and having the courage to take risks align perfectly with our core values. These talks help us grow as individuals and strengthen our bonds as a team as we share perspectives that challenge us to be better leaders and teammates.
