The Chewelah A to Z Stewardship Project encompasses approximately 58,358 acres in Stevens and Pend Oreille Counties, WA. The project is needed to restore forest conditions, reduce hazardous fuels in the wildland-urban interface, restore aquatic systems, and improve recreational opportunities.
