Established in 2008, we specialize in ergonomic furniture, ergonomic work-tools & task lighting. We’re committed to leading-edge design, innovation, Manufacturing and environmental sustainability. We currently work with many of the industry-leading companies in this commercial office furniture and ergonomic tools space. With "mechanical & electro-mechanical" expertise, our engineering capabilities compliment our customer-led industrial design. Our studio is staffed with engineers that have extensive experience and expertise and a bias towards speed-to-market product development with robust product quality. Our 100,000 sq ft manufacturing facility is capable of high volume throughput and maximum cost efficiency. Applying lean manufacturing principles we deliver best cost, reliable schedule attainment and consistent quality products. ISO 9001 accredited, our quality system delivers repeatably manufactured products consistently. Our tollgate based quality system includes 100% inspection of incoming parts (IPQC), rigorous in-line process control (IPC) and end-of-line random inspection (EOL). All production lots are subjected to pre-shipment inspection audit (PSI) before final release. Using proprietary developed ABR (application-based reliability) equipment and testing methodologies allows us to systematically test production lot output to "life" and "performance” specifications. Social compliance: Our manufacturing facility conforms to the internationally recognized and universally regarded SA8000 standard. As a certified ISO14001 company we embrace all elements of global environmental standards and codes. Our product designs, from materials used to processes performed, align with the spirit of social and environment awareness and comliance.
