About us
Pharmacovigilance is the science of monitoring the safety of medicinal products once the product has received FDA approval and is launched into the market and beyond. Our purpose as a student organization in the University of Rhode Island is to educate and raise awareness (in the community and within the college of pharmacy) of the importance of Drug Safety and the steps on how to build a robust Pharmacovigilance system.
