About us
The University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy was founded in 1902 and is one of the oldest schools of pharmacy in the United States. We are based in Kingston, RI, approximately 30 minutes south of Providence. The College offers a 6 year Doctor of Pharmacy degree and BS, MS and PhD degrees in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Interdisciplinary Neuroscience. We are consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of United States schools of pharmacy in federal research funding, postdoctoral residency placement, pharmacy board passage rate and graduating student employment and program satisfaction.
