114 Snediker Avenue has topped out! Fifth Avenue Builders, a partnership between Urban Atelier Group and Camber Property Group, celebrated the milestone of completing the final structural concrete pour for the 60,000 SF rehabilitation shelter. This purpose-driven project will provide 200 beds across 60 dormitory-style units. Congratulations to the dedicated laborers and the extended project team on achieving this significant milestone!

Our interns had a blast exploring the rest of our sites! They visited 505 State Street, 499 President Street, Society Brooklyn, 355 8th Avenue, and 300 East 50th Street. Each stop offered valuable insight into the distinctive features, challenges, and advancements of our projects. We wrapped up the program for the summer by having all the interns present what they learned during their time at UAG. We are so grateful for everyone's hard work and incredible talent!
