Who is Unlimited Boundaries? Meet Jenny Hegland. Jenny aka The connector, has a 20-year track record of fostering collaboration and driving positive change with strength, clarity, and precision. She has co-founded and led two disaster response organizations, championed social justice through community engagement in higher education, and facilitated transformative growth and shared leadership in spaces like the Good Listening Project. Jenny’s real-time leadership experience includes organizing teams around a shared purpose, operationalizing visionary ideas, and maintaining organizational fiscal responsibility - all elements that influence organizational culture. “When we play a certain role within an organizational space, we are incredibly close to certain challenges. As a leader, positionality matters. Even if I have the capability to do certain things, I know I’ve benefited from other people and external voices to help me see my organization more fully.” 

Who is Unlimited Boundaries? We're three women founders - Jenny Hegland, Arielle Goodman, MSW, and Lindsey K. -  who've spent our careers working with purpose-driven teams and seen firsthand how powerful a shared mission and meaningful work can be. However, we've also seen the flip side. We've witnessed how easily the human elements of culture — unspoken tensions, misaligned values, and lack of trust — can undermine even the most well-intentioned teams. We recognized a need for a different approach, one that acknowledges and addresses the complexities of human dynamics while also tapping into the potential of the collective.
