We extend our heartfelt support to all those affected by Hurricane Helene's devastating impact. To help provide relief, we’ve partnered with several state and federal agencies, as well as local community-based organizations. Disaster recovery starts immediately after an event. As residents begin the process of rebuilding their communities, seeking assistance should be a positive step forward, alleviating stress rather than adding to it. Enhancing local resilience during and after emergencies is strengthened by: ✅ Coordinated response efforts between government agencies, nonprofits, and local communities ✅ Secure systems for tracking assistance requests, ensuring transparency and accountability in relief distribution ✅ Accessible and clear communication channels to keep residents informed in real time ✅ Comprehensive disaster preparedness education and training for all community members ✅ Programs focused on rebuilding infrastructure with sustainability and future risk mitigation in mind We have proven experience helping communities rebuild after the devastating effects of natural disasters. In the wake of the 2022 hurricane season, we activated our closed-loop referral system and network of community partners within 24 hours, supporting tens of thousands of residents in the affected communities. Let’s remember the importance of staying prepared and working together in the face of disasters like this. 💙

As we wrap up #HealthyAgingMonth on this last day of September, let's reflect on the importance of supporting older adults in our communities. The Scripps Gerontology Center reports that 57% of community-based organizations (#CBOs) serving older adults rely on healthcare partner systems, yet inconsistent data access remains a significant hurdle. 😓 ⚙️ The problem: Fragmented, piecemeal data sharing limits timely, coordinated care for older adults. 💡 The solution: Social care #technology that fosters interoperability and seamless system communication, helping CBOs and managed care organizations (#MCOs) meet the evolving needs of older adult populations. At Unite Us, we provide the tools to securely streamline data sharing and improve care outcomes. Learn more about how we help support older adults 👉 https://bit.ly/4duE8Wh #DataSharing #Interoperability #SeniorCare
