Hey Crew! If you didn’t already know, ‘Clean’ has dethroned ‘Healthy’ as the gold standard term to qualify nutritious eating. However, it is important to understand that these terms are not regulated by the FDA. Does the term ‘Clean’ have merit, or is it merely a buzzword for food marketing?
