A trend that emerged in the past few years that I totally missed: co-working spaces…..for parents 👩👧👧 Quiet places to work + onsite childcare? What a cool concept! And timely: HBR did a study recently and found that "only 30% of all working parents had any form of back-up childcare." It seems like these are springing up in a few major cities (h/t to Danielle Eddleston for introducing this to me).
