TSCG Internship Program 2024 Experience Mary Ashley Meadows The most rewarding thing about working with TSCG and my team was being able to see the process of deals moving through. It was rewarding to see deals in the making and some deals even get finished while assisting the brokers in research and helping them make the packages they show clients. Seeing tour books get finished and the packages finished knowing I played a role in the creation is also rewarding. One of the best things about TSCG is the presence the company has across the southeast and east coast. Even though TSCG is a larger-sized company, they make it feel small. The community TSCG has is unlike the communities you see at a company this size. I think this really makes TSCG stand out. Coming into the summer I had always said I wanted to do commercial real estate, but I never truly knew what commercial real estate was. After this summer I now know that I want my future career to be in commercial real estate and have a better idea of what sector I would like to go in to. The Birmingham office gave me many hands-on experiences as well as allowing me to follow along with them. I enjoyed being able to work with everyone in the Birmingham office and on difference teams. Germantown Parkway. John Reed and Hurston Reed of represented the sellers in the transaction, while Jon Isbell represented the buyers,N&L Holdings, a group of local business owners. Anchor tenant since 2007, The Life Church, plans to vacate and migrate to other campuses which opens up space for the buyers’ new vision: an Asian supermarket, food hall, and community gathering spot called Grand Super Market. TSCG Internship Progam 2024 Experience Justice Arruda I am so happy that I was able to participate in this and learn so much! The most important thing I’ve learned throughout this internship is that communication is key. Seeing conversations between different departments, PMs, TCs, is all a communication game and if something is not clearly transparent it can easily cause a stir in the process of getting work done. The most rewarding things about working with TSCG were the relationships I formed and the knowledge I gained over the course of two months. I got to travel to Atlanta (from Florida) to be able to meet everyone over at that office, as well as go out on inspections and so much more! The best thing about TSCG in my opinion is the team itself. TSCG is run by so many great people, and the togetherness is what makes TSCG such a great family.
