Making communities healthier®
About us
Trios Health, formerly Kennewick General Hospital, is a multi-faceted healthcare system located in southeastern Washington, primarily serving the Tri-Cities—Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland—and surrounding communities. What began as a small hometown hospital founded by a dedicated legion of Kennewick residents over 70 years ago has grown with the community that built it. Today, Trios Health is anchored by its new Trios Southridge Hospital and remains deeply connected to its community roots, but with the ability to offer a lifetime of care across a broad spectrum of healthcare specialties and services. In fact, we've built what has become one of Eastern Washington's largest multi-specialty medical groups. And we've been careful to weave a strong thread of human compassion through the fabric of our culture. The result is an array of complementary inpatient and outpatient services—provided by passionate, empathetic people—that combine to provide holistic medical care for patients facing a variety of health challenges. Your total health—mind, body, and spirit—is our priority. Continuing to evolve so that we're ready with the right healthcare services, available and accessible when your life calls for them, is our commitment to you, the community we call home. Trios Health, a UW Medicine Community Health Partner, operates a 111-bed hospital on its Southridge campus in Kennewick. Trios Medical Group serves a growing medical staff network of providers throughout the Tri-Cities and includes practices and services at 10 Care Centers and one Urgent Care Center. Our health system, established in 1952, is a sister facility to Lourdes Health in Pasco.

Trios Birth Center Celebrating Two Years since Grand Opening! What an incredible journey over the last two years it has been since the Trios Birth Center opened its doors to welcome new lives into the world. We couldn't be more grateful for the trust and support of our Tri-Cities community. A huge thank you to our dedicated staff and to all of the families who have shared their birthing journeys with Trios. Through the end of March the Trios Birth Center is expected to reach over 2,850 babies born since the grand opening two years ago! We hope to continue making the Birth Center a place of love, care, and joy for many years to come.
