  • On March 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, we'll celebrate with a proper Grand Opening of our Tewksbury location. The physical opening was such a whirlwind that we never paused to celebrate... so, we're going to do that now! This location is a gem of architecture, design, and thoughtfulness that we are proud to present to the community and surrounding area. Nothing great in this world happens without the help and support of many others. We want to acknowledge the contributions of Bergmeyer, Boston Light Source, David Swift, Citywide Contracting LLC, Orion RED, Jeff Buccacio, Colburn Guyette Foodservice Design, Country Bank, Metro Sign & Awning, Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH), Bala Consulting Engineers, Electrosonic, Civil Design Consultants, Inc. , certainly the Tree House crew, our supporters and customers in the Town of Tewksbury, and so much more. We invite everyone who is interested to celebrate with us. It promises to be an exciting couple of days. If you wish to avoid crowds, evenings after 6 PM are typically best! We hope to see you there! https://lnkd.in/g69_gtnN

  • Today we are pleased to share the remainder of our Economic Impact study, which highlights the total impact of the Tree House ecosystem and the respective individual impacts of our Sandwich, Deerfield, and Tewksbury locations. As Tree House has evolved and matured, we’ve become increasingly attuned to the importance of sustainability and longevity, not just for Tree House but also for the communities in which we reside. It’s no secret that we see many visitors from around the globe - a million each year across our properties. Emerging from COVID significantly more battered and resilient, we’ve thought a lot about this and wondered about the quantifiable economic benefit we have on our communities. The study was completed by the UMass Donahue Institute, whose mission is “to advance equity and social justice, foster healthy communities, and support inclusive economies that alleviate poverty and promote opportunity.” We were thrilled to have their help. This study only quantifies our impact within Massachusetts. Tree House is far more than that brewery your cousin won’t stop talking about - it’s an engine of economic vitality within our communities and a force of opportunity for individuals and businesses we share space with. We take this stature very seriously, and we are committed to remaining a strong, diverse business that continually reinvests any successes back into our locations to build a stronger future, provide new job opportunities, bolster local economies, and curate vibrant shared community spaces for all to enjoy. We value your time and attention, so thank you for reading, and for sharing. Your patronage and support make this and Tree House possible, and for that, we are deeply grateful. We hope you enjoy a great day! https://lnkd.in/g69_gtnN

  • It's prime event season, and we've seen a rapid increase in bookings in the last several weeks. We've created a new page to simplify the fee structure for an event at Tree House and to make it easy to reserve your date and time. These are amazing spaces. There are no beverage minimums, and outside catering and snacks are welcome. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help - just send us an email. For more information, please see the events page here: https://lnkd.in/eNQiATVS And for a direct booking link, check this out: https://lnkd.in/e-seMzjM Thanks - have a great night!

It’s no secret that we see many visitors from around the globe. Emerging from COVID significantly more battered, resilient, and now reflective, we started to wonder about the quantifiable economic benefit we have on our communities. Today, we are delighted to share some findings gathered as part of our first economic impact study prepared by the UMass Donahue Institute. We've attached an infographic highlighting our main campus in Charlton, Massachusetts. Over the coming weeks, we'll also showcase the economic footprints of our sites in Sandwich, South Deerfield, and Tewksbury with similar graphics. The Donahue Institute’s mission is “to advance equity and social justice, foster healthy communities, and support inclusive economies that alleviate poverty and promote opportunity. In collaboration with partner organizations and clients, we carry out our mission through research, education and training, capacity building, and direct services to strengthen our collective impact.” We were thrilled to have their help on this study. • In the coming year, Tree House will open a brewery, taproom, and outdoor experience in Saratoga Springs, New York! Situated across the street from Saratoga Performing Arts Center, around the corner from Saratoga Race Track, minutes from I-87, and thirty minutes from the much-celebrated Adirondack State Park, this facility will serve as an incredible base camp for your chosen adventures. We expect to add 60 jobs of varying skill sets and create at least 35 ancillary jobs in the state. Based on comparable analysis for our MA-based locations compiled by the Umass Donahue Institute, our anticipated economic impact from this location will be in the $30-$40mm range annually. As Tree House has evolved and matured, it is easy to assume that the fire of our young business has changed. That is not in line with the reality we enjoy within our walls each day. It may surprise you that Tree House has been making about the same volume of beer for the last five years. We have built tighter vendor relationships, refined processes, traveled the world to source the best ingredients, and constantly reinvested in upgraded brewing equipment. As a tenured team, we have never been more focused on the quality and breadth of our offerings. In terms of scale, Tree House doesn’t even crack the country's top seventy-five largest breweries by production volume. This purposeful resistance to free and unbound growth has enabled us to make beer - and now beverages - with the same precision and exacting detail as we did when we began in our kitchen just twelve years ago. Craft beer is enduring a difficult time, but we remain committed to these beverages that enhance and enrich our culture. We are chasing an ideal for a better life with richer experiences. Where we are imperfect, we are striving to be better. Where we do well, we adopt a beginner’s mind. We measure success by making products and curating experiences we are proud of. Richness in life stems from the connections we foster with those around us. The most coveted treasures pale compared to the joy of shared laughter, a heartfelt conversation, or the warmth of being surrounded by loved ones. This principle holds particularly true in the realm of great beverages. Sharing a beverage is a timeless ritual—a moment of communion that creates memories and strengthens bonds. For 100s of years, Saratoga has attracted people from all walks of life who sought the healing powers of its springs. Over time, the City transformed into a bustling resort destination, drawing tourists keen to experience its spas, music, and vibrant arts scene. This legacy has been preserved and can still be felt in the city's elegant architecture, bustling arts scene, world-class racetrack, and the continued prominence of its spa culture today. With reverence for history and a vision for the future, Tree House aims to become an integral chapter in Saratoga Spring’s vibrant and hopeful future. We can’t wait to get started!
