Transitions in Recovery (a Certified Level III Residence by the PA Alliance of Recovery Residences and licensed by the state of PA) is an all-encompassing highly structured RESIDENTIAL + CLINICAL sober living community for men and women that addresses both moderate to severe cases of addiction, as well as ALL root cause behaviors and complex trauma that lead to clients' further addictive behavior and dysfunction, thereby treating from a truly holistic lens for healing. In addition, Transitions provides in-house individual and group therapy, multi-faceted trauma and psychodrama approaches, behavioral change via community intervention, partnership with psychiatry in Dr. Ed Chastka, in-house 12-step meetings, family programming, a thriving alumni network and connections with providers of work in the area to get men and women back on their feet.
