TCC Europe’s latest logistics property in Temnitzpark, Germany is strategically built around nature. Developed in partnership with Invesco EMEA, the project site has its own biotope, which is home to numerous animal and plant species. In addition to creating habitats for the preservation of these various species, the project is being developed in accordance with the highest sustainability standards. Savills is handling the marketing of the industrial space, which can be customized to meet the needs of various users. TCC and partner CBRE Investment Management signed a full-building lease at the JV’s latest industrial project, Arsenal Trade Center, with JW FULFILLMENT. The logistics company leased 342,371 square feet at the three-building development, which delivered earlier this year and includes more than one million square feet of world-class logistics space. TCC was a sponsor of CBRE UK’s Premier Charity event, The Great Property Bike Ride, which brought together 700+ cyclists for a day of camaraderie, fitness, and fundraising for CBRE’s charity partner Alzheimer's Society. TCC sponsored the breakfast stand, ensuring participants were well-fueled for their rides. TCC closed this week on a 4.78-acre site in LA, located next door to the popular Northridge Fashion Center Mall. High Street Residential will develop the site into a 350-unit, luxury apartment building with world-class amenities, slated to deliver to the San Fernando Valley market in 2027. TCC Houston participated in a ‘Safety Stand Down’ event as part of #NationalConstructionSafetyMonth at our Carpenters Logistic Center project in Channelview, Texas. Thanks to our partners, Harvey | Harvey-Cleary Builders and Encore Concrete Construction, for hosting the event and ensuring that our project site is safe for everyone who works or visits, and to FallTech for giving an interactive fall safety presentation to the 100+ attendees using a mobile demonstration rig.

Today we recognize #Juneteenth, a day that marks the end of slavery in the United States. We honor this day by reflecting on our history, celebrating freedom, and continuing to build a future rooted in justice and equality.
