At the National Automatic Merchandising Association Show in Dallas this year, Tradeshow Logic launched Expo Navigator, a new AI event assistant. According to Tradeshow Logic, Expo Navigator is the events industry’s first conversational, private Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (an AI tool designed to understand and create human-like text, such as ChatGPT). Created with Veritopa, this software uses its chat interface to connect trade show attendees and exhibitors, and works with mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
