The town is the site of Gillette Stadium, home venue of the New England Patriots and New England Revolution. Foxborough has an AAA rating and FY24 budget of $93 million. Foxborough has a strong Town Manager form of government with a five-member Select Board and open Town Meeting. Preferred candidates will have an advanced degree, preferably in public or business administration or a related field; significant municipal management or administrative experience; and collective bargaining experience and the ability to manage in a unionized environment.
