Started off the month with a unit replacement at Xcel Energy! We came in, disassembled the old unit, hauled all parts off the roof and installed a new unit for the company. Check out the last photo of the new unit! As always, it is a pleasure working with Xcel! www.tolin.com

Welcome home! It’s a feeling everyone deserves to experience, and thanks to an outpouring of support from our community, Fresh Start Baskets have been delivered to all 40 residents of our Solid Ground Apartments, many of whom are transitioning from being unhoused. One resident moved into her unit the day before a major surgery and was moved to tears by the amount of basic items that were provided for her in her unit. Through her tears, she explained, “I kept turning the corner and seeing more things that I need.” She was so grateful to have a real home to return to following her medical procedure and to not have to worry about the little details like buying bed sheets or food on day one.
