tms recently helped McDonald's give the iconic McFlurry cup a makeover, sourcing a new four-flap design that ditches the plastic lid and introduces a new size offering to the US – the Mini McFlurry! ✨ The updated four-flap cup is expected to help reduce waste and contribute to McDonald’s goal of sourcing 100% of primary guest packaging from renewable, recycled, or certified materials by the end of 2025. Recently, tms, HAVI, and Stanley 1913 hosted our inaugural Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Employee Network (EN) Summit! 👏 💫 At the event, ERG and EN leaders and their Executive Sponsors from all business units met to network, hear from industry experts, and learn valuable skills to optimize their groups for all members across the enterprise. Through ERGs like the Black Organization for Leadership and Development (BOLD), Women Inspiring and Strengthening Everyone (WISE), Women in Tech (WIT), our LGBTQ+ advocacy group Rainbow, and more, it is our goal for every colleague to feel an immense sense of belonging and community.
