We are pleased to announce the sale of 407 North Maple Drive in Beverly Hills to Fashion Nova for $119.7 million, equating to $685 per square foot. This creative office campus will serve as the new headquarters for the Los Angeles-based apparel and lifestyle brand, with Tishman Speyer retained for third-party management. Acquired in 2005, 407 North Maple has housed top-tier firms and our flexible workspace division, Studio by Tishman Speyer, which Tishman Speyer will continue to operate within the space.
