In the realm of energy-saving solutions, TICA focuses on efficient equipment development, optimized system architecture design, system control optimization, and scenario-based application management. This approach aims to achieve higher system efficiency, leading to the creation of the OptSeek smart IoT data platform, which offers a visible energy-saving solution. OptSeek covers all aspects of energy-saving systems through six modules: efficient equipment, energy efficiency diagnostics, solution design, transparent delivery, smart energy management, and intelligent operation & maintenance. These are all managed within TICA’s ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication in goal management, resource planning, and data sharing, offering customers a more complete, efficient, and faster one-stop service. In terms of systematic healthy air solutions, TICA leverages its 33 years of expertise in air purification and technical innovation from its R&D team. This led to the launch of the Airnext Air Ecosystem. TICA Chairman Mr.Jiang's Entrepreneurial Journey - Episode 2 Recently, TICA Chairman Jiang Li gave an exclusive interview to CHINANEWS.COM, reflecting on his 30 years of entrepreneurship. “I come from a technical background and produce products myself. If there is no core technology, I absolutely cannot accept it.” In Mr. Jiang's view, innovation is the most critical factor for a company's development. "It represents the highest self-motivation capability of a company." In the early days of starting his business, he and his team identified more than a dozen "chokehold" technologies and industry pain points in the refrigeration sector. They ultimately focused on reducing the air leakage rate as their initial breakthrough and successfully achieved significant progress in this area. It was from this point that TICA began its journey to becoming a "hidden champion." A "hidden champion" refers to a company that is not well known to the public but holds a leading position in a niche market or sector, boasting a significant market share. Its products and services are difficult to surpass or imitate. The development path of a company is often closely tied to the overall economic trajectory of a country. Mr. Jiang noted that after China's accession to the WTO in the early 2000s, changes in the broader environment prompted TICA to find its own path amid the rapid economic growth. Since 2015, TICA has been accelerating its internationalization efforts, making strategic moves globally. TICA's acquisition of an overseas low-temperature power generation technology brand enabled the company to gradually master technology in the renewable energy power generation sector. TICA quickly assimilated this technology and applied it to the market, gradually expanding its geothermal power generation spectrum to a full range. “Changes in technological paths inevitably lead to changes in the market,” Mr. Jiang told reporters. Throughout this process, mid- and low-temperature power generation technology has been increasingly applied across major industrial sectors in China. For example, industries such as steel, metallurgy, cement, and petrochemicals can convert industrial waste heat into electrical energy. In 2021, TICA achieved two "firsts" in the fields of geothermal and hot dry rock applications. In April 2024, TICA’s "large-scale, high-efficiency radial multistage centrifugal turbine ORC power generation technology" was recognized as an international innovation, with results reaching a globally leading level. Today, TICA's renewable energy utilization business has expanded worldwide. Its low-temperature power generation units and systems are exported to countries and regions such as Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Turkey, the United States, and Japan. The global installed capacity of TICA’s geothermal power systems has surpassed 1,000 MW. #TICA

Throughout TICA's 33-year journey, from becoming an air conditioning distributor in 1991 to evolving into a globally leading company in professional environmental processing and ORC geothermal power generation equipment, every step of TICA's progress has been the result of a relentless focus on technology. With a background in refrigeration, Jiang Li entered the air conditioning industry to start his business in the 1990s. From the very beginning, Jiang threw himself into overcoming technical challenges. Reflecting on those early years, he recalled, "At the time, research and development methods were outdated, and when we encountered technical difficulties that we couldn't resolve, we would turn to university experts for help and even attend exhibitions—not to make deals, but to ask questions and learn." Eventually, they successfully developed the labyrinth sealing structure air handling unit. This technology reduced the air leakage rate of TICA's air handling equipment (air conditioners) to as low as 0.029%, which is more than 30 times better than the national standard in China. It solved a major pain point in the industry and opened a door for TICA's growth. Selling air conditioners was just the starting point for TICA. Over the past 30 years, TICA has grown from that starting point, gradually expanding from air conditioning to the broader air handling business sector. "Everyone knows air conditioning provides cooling or heating, but that’s not all it can do. It can also regulate humidity, particulate matter, and chemical concentrations," Jiang explained. All these different dimensions can be controlled to perfection through air conditioning. "For example, in biopharmaceuticals, besides temperature and humidity, microbial control and quality management throughout the entire process must be precisely controlled. In hospitals, negative pressure systems are crucial to protect healthcare workers from being infected by patients. In areas like operating rooms, not only temperature and microbial control but also zoned temperature control is required." By following this technological path, TICA transformed the air conditioning business into a broader "air management business." #tica
