Excited to share an update on my latest venture! This weekend, I made a trip to Long Beach to receive some equipment and take care of business. While there, I mounted the first shelf on the wall - a small but important step towards our goal. I can't wait for the pizza oven and other equipment to arrive in a couple of weeks, but until then, I'm holding back on formally promoting the location. We still have pizza subscriptions to sell and I'm waiting for the longest location to appear on the Mamma Ramona's website (which should be soon) before we start marketing this limited opportunity. Trust me, at $199 for 52 pizzas throughout the year, it's a steal! In the meantime, I'm arranging for accommodations so I can be around the restaurant for most of the week.
